Great skin care begins with a great wash! If the skin is not initially cleaned well, subsequent creams will not penetrate effectively resulting in an undesirable film on the skin. Sometimes dry skin may require periodic exfoliation or it may result in "elephant" like thick skin. Washing and exfoliation is an integral part of great skin care. Microdermabrasion would be an excellent procedure for exfoliation of the skin and improving tone & texture.
